Summer is here and I hope that you are all enjoying time with your families, vacations and fun in the sun.  While I am busy with consultations, continued work on my cookbook and teaching Pilates, there are also big plans in the works for Fall.  I have put together my first newsletter to share what I am doing in July and August along with some other nourishing news.  I hope you enjoy my Noble News!

Inquiring Minds Want to Know

Q: How can Noble Nutrition help me to meet my wellness goals?
A: At Noble Nutrition, I offer Wellness Coaching.  In this 12 week program I meet weekly with you and use coaching skills to assist you in identifying values and desires, transforming them into action, and maintaining lasting change in health and wellness behaviors.  If you have struggled with making lasting change in your diet and health behaviors, this program may be beneficial to you.

Q: I eat a really “healthy diet” but my cholesterol is still high and my doctor recommends medication.  I don’t want to take statin drugs.  Is there anything else I can do?
A: Cholesterol is an important for vital health. The body is innately capable of balancing its need for this lipid-like substance.  When elevated, it is likely a clue, indicating that the body is not functioning optimally.  The liver produces cholesterol and also repackages it for elimination.  Compromised liver pathways caused by poor vitamin and mineral nutrition, food intolerances, inflammation and toxins are often to blame.  At Noble Nutrition, I offer a Cholesterol Lowering Program along with diet (NOT the traditional Low-fat diet) for those that desire a non-medication approach to maintaining healthy lipid levels.  If you have tried the protocols of the medical establishment and failed, this program may be right for you.

“The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease. ~ ”

If you’re like me, you may find that there is always something you desire to improve upon. It may be an intellectual, physical, or spiritual challenge, or any number of personal development challenges. My mom always told me “If you want a different outcome, you have to change the input.” What is life without challenges? This month, I have decided to take on the 30 Day Squat and Lunge Challenge to improve my leg and glute strength (to help improve the speed of my running). I know that this will offer me both mental and physical challenges, but I am hopeful that it will also boost my running speed and maybe even my bottom line. 😉

Are you challenging yourself to do something new? If so, I would love to hear about it. If not, I would love to inspire you to try something new or different that could change your life. Contact me to find out how I can help you. You may be surprised how easy it can be…ONE STEP AT A TIME.

Until next time…
